  • Conference Purpose & Objectives:

This conference's goal is to improve end of life care and conditions across the state of Nebraska by providing education on end of life issues for physicians, nurses, social workers, advocates, administrators and others working in the end of life field. 

  1. Build public awareness and understanding of palliative care to foster improved end of life care.

  2. Clarify key elements of excellent end of life care.

  3. Encourage dialogue between disciplines as well as the public to remove barriers to excellent end of life care.

  4. Deliver the core clinical knowledge basic to excellent end of life care.

  5. Inspire providers toward the goal of excellent end of life care.
